CAMEL GLOBAL SUPPLY LTD is located in China's gear transmission manufacturing hub, with over 10 years of experience in designing, producing, and exporting worm gear reducers and speed reduction solutions.
We specialize in worm gear reducers (NMRV, WP, RV, VF, WH, WHT series), and we have also expanded into helical gearboxes (R, F, K series) , planetary gearboxes and bevel gearboxes (T series) to serve broader industrial needs.
Our gearboxes are designed as direct replacements for SEW, Motovario, VARVEL, and Bonfiglioli – same mounting dimensions, 30-40% lower cost.
How We Ensure Quality
Incoming Material Inspection - All raw materials (cast iron, aluminum alloy, bearings, seals) are tested for composition and hardness before entering production.
In-Process Monitoring - CNC hobbing and grinding parameters are continuously monitored. Gear tooth profile and lead accuracy are checked every batch.
Assembly Line Testing - Each assembled gearbox undergoes 100% leakage test, noise test (≤65dB), and temperature rise test under load.
Final Inspection & Documentation - Dimensional inspection with CMM. Test reports, material certificates, and CAD drawings are provided upon request.
