Some common reasons and treatment methods for oil leakage of reducer:
1. Reason: The oil seal itself is an unqualified and substandard product;

Treatment method: When selecting an oil seal, pay attention to the quality of the oil seal and the qualification of the manufacturer.

2. Reason: oil seal specifications do not match, too large or too small will cause oil leakage;

Treatment method: Measure the specifications and size, and select the split oil seal of the appropriate specification.

3. Reason: The material of the oil seal is not matched, and the unmatched oil seal is selected in the high-speed environment, which leads to the occurrence of oil leakage;

Treatment method: Actually check the operating environment of the reducer, and reasonably select the oil seal material.

4. Reason: improper storage of the oil seal, causing hardening or cracking of the sealing lip of the oil seal, resulting in oil leakage of the oil seal;

Treatment method: When oil seals are stored for a long time, they must pay attention to the storage environment. Secondly, they must strictly check whether the oil seals are hardened or unqualified due to other changes.

5. Reason: improper installation method, violent installation will also cause oil leakage;

Treatment method: After checking the oil seal, install it in strict accordance with the instruction manual, and prohibit violent disassembly.

6. Reason: improper maintenance process. During equipment maintenance, the dirt on the shaft of the equipment is not completely removed, or the seals are installed in the wrong direction, and the seals are not replaced in time, which may also cause oil leakage;
